A lovely Federal Style, five windows over four windows, with a centered door. The little overhang is not consitent with the Federal style of houses. This house is sadly in need of some Tender Loving Care. Would you like to own me?
This house is located west of the three houses shown on the Pennington Borough Walking Tour (14, 16, 18 West Delaware), and on the same side of the avenue. This is a very striking set of houses. Walking past these houses, it is easy to imagine being back in the 1800s.
